On July 15, an imaginative collection of colorful dogs was officially “unleashed,” as part of a public art display: Dogs on the Bluff. Thanks to many generous sponsors, organizations and individuals, 70 imaginative pieces of art (dogs, puppies and fire hydrants) were displayed through September. At the conclusion of the event, 20 dogs and one hydrant were auctioned off and the remainder of the pups returned to their sponsors.
While the dogs are no longer displayed, you can check out some pictures from the exhibit on this website or order a copy of the Dogs on the Bluff book. The book captures photos and information on each piece of art – plus photographs submitted by fans – and will be available in early 2021. To pre-order click here: Dogs Book.
